Set the rules, invite your group, then start when everyone has joined.
Put the options in order of preference, with your top choice first. Count first choices. If no option has more than half the votes, eliminate the option with the fewest votes. Its ballots move to their next remaining choice. Repeat until a remaining option has a majority.

You can cancel after starting, but cannot close early to obtain a result. Up to 40 people can join. Room access lasts 24 hours.
Individual ballots stay private and can be replaced before closing.
A random priority shown in the lobby resolves tied elimination counts. If all remaining options tie, the result is a tie.
You will host and observe. Participants join using the invitation link or room code.
