Set the rules, invite your group, then start when everyone has joined.
Give each option a score from 0 to 5. The two highest totals become finalists. Each ballot then counts for the finalist it rated higher, and the finalist with more votes wins.

You can cancel after starting, but cannot close early to obtain a result. Up to 40 people can join. Room access lasts 24 hours.
Individual ballots stay private and can be replaced before closing.
Tied finalist scores are compared using preferences between those options. A tied runoff uses the total scores. A tie still unresolved by these rules is reported.
You will host and observe. Participants join using the invitation link or room code.
